Prisoners in America prisons were not allowed to wear belt because some could hang themselves with it or even kill others in a fight. This, coupled with the fact that they have little meal is why their trousers fall of their waist. Hip hop stars that are fond of sagging have been in and out of prisons severally.

Sagging makes you look immoral, indecent and irresposible; unfortunately, it also expose your dirty faded boxers. Stop copying prisoner's fashion.
